A 70 year old female began to notice periods of confusion, forgetfulness, agitation, unable to drive her car and live alone. Brain scan showed hypoperfusion in the frontal and temporal lobes. After twenty treatments, the patient returned to a perfectly normal lifestyle. A SPECT scan conducted upon completion of thirteen treatments showed that the improvements remained intact. Two and a half years later the patient continued to do well. Since then, she had three treatments of HBOT as maintenance.
